SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-15 days processing time for your for your order to be shipped. Depending on the product you purchased. Business days DO NOT include weekends.

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.
(Canada) 2- 15 BUSINESS DAYS VIA Canada Post
(International) 5-21 BUSINESS DAYS via DHL/ FEDEX .

This time does not include the processing period

EXPECT DELAYS DURING SHIPPING PERIOD
Due to COVID-19 and government policies, there might be delays while shipping your product. But be patient, it will surely get to you.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we said, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from us @prettyconceptempire, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any debit/credit card issued.
We will ship to PO Boxes via DHL/FEDEX (you must verify).
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Prettyconceptempire does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product refunds will not be issued.
What is the nature of this product? Human Hair wigs and extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, "ALL SALES ARE FINAL."
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a deduction fee of not less than $20. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the original purchase date.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchanges of products only if you received the wrong product ordered. Please contact us within 24 hours of your receipt of the item(s). The product must be sent back in the original condition (re-sellable condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, coloured, or altered in any way. No refunds/exchange for hair being installed, cut, dyed, washed or any damage & process, please understand. For your protection, we suggest that all exchanges be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with a signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit. The customer is responsible for all return freights in product exchange transactions.
Note: Please make sure that you read the details of each product entirely before placing an order, due to no exchange or refund policy.
